Joshua Erickson 


CareerPassport Team- What is your status in school and, what are you majoring in?

Joshua – I’m a Sophomore majoring in Entrepreneurship.

CareerPassport Team– Tell us what some of your career goals are.

Joshua – I want to build and develop a handful of businesses over my lifetime to create opportunities that will add value in others’ lives.  I want to affiliate several charities tied to those businesses to benefit those who have begun life in situations like my own.
CareerPassport Team– What attracted you to the CareerPassport Program?

Joshua – Getting the opportunity to become more connected with my industry and having a structured guide to help me.
CareerPassport Team– How are you participating in the CareerPassport Program?

Joshua – Currently I am a Track Activities/Club Member, and I’m serving in the Club as the VP of Socials.
CareerPassport Team– Tell us about some of your achievements in the CareerPassport Program.

Joshua – I’ve accomplished a lot in the Self-Discovery Track, and I’ve attended many CareerPassport Events.
CareerPassport Team– What have you enjoyed most about the CareerPassport Program?

Joshua – I’ve enjoyed the great people, encouraging leadership, and incentives/motivation to pursue the kinds of things that will sincerely help me further myself.
CareerPassport Team– What has been the most beneficial activity you’ve participated in to help you meet your
future career goal?

Joshua – I’ve really enjoyed the lecture series presentations from successful people outside of the University.
CareerPassport Team– What advice regarding the CareerPassport Program would you give to other students?

Joshua - Make the tracks a weekly routine. Set a day for even just 30 minutes to work on bettering yourself.
